Analysis of more than 1.2k applications for our 2026 incubator reveals a vital picture of who wants to build for the food transition: experienced, highly-educated founders who are ready to commit but lack the structured support to turn ideas into organisations.
Kickstarting For Good reveal more than $1m in seed funding for our 2026 applicants
This marks a three-fold increase from 2025, plus for the first time this year, K4G will also be awarding development grants of up to $12,000 for applicants with promising ideas that don’t make it into the full programme.

Raising funds is not, in itself, the only measure of success. But we know that when the right talented individuals are matched with the right impactful ideas, funding often follows.
