Kickstarting For Good partners with some of the most impactful organisations in our movement to provide mentorship, advise and even operational support to our cohort and alumni.
Others we work with to identify exceptional individuals in the movement who would benefit from applying to the K4G programme alongside supporting the good work they do to help transition the food system.

Founded by Rutger Bregman, The School for Moral Ambition’s aim is to help as many people as possible take the step towards a job with a positive impact. They offer fellowship placements, training and the chance to join a growing community of people working towards more impactful careers.
High Impact Professionals empowers individuals in traditional careers to use their skills, time, and income to drive positive change. They connect professionals to high-impact volunteering and giving opportunities, especially in effective altruism-aligned spaces.
The Mission Motor is working to increase the adoption of Monitoring & Evaluation practices amongst non-profits. They also offer both short-term advice and long-term support, alongside helping organisations develop a strong Theory of Change.

Consultants For Impact provide current, former, and prospective consultants with 1:1 career coaching and planning resources to transition to a high-impact career. We can help you think through critical career planning during a personalised career conversation.
Vegan Hacktivists is a global collective of developers, designers, and digital activists building open-source tech for the animal advocacy movement. They support nonprofits with everything from websites to data tools, all free of charge.
PEPR is a mission-driven professional services consultancy, providing strategic support to elevate organisations who seek to change the world for people, planet and animals. They develop organisational strategies, invest in people and culture, and optimise finance and operations.
GoalsWon pairs you with an experienced human accountability coach who helps you follow through on things like your career, projects, studies, health, or all of the above. Your coach reviews your updates and shares feedback, tips, and encouragement to keep you moving forward.
Animal Advocacy Careers helps people find their path into high-impact careers focused on helping animals. They offer training, resources, and job board support to strengthen the global talent pipeline in animal advocacy.
Animal Advocacy Africa helps animal-focused organisations in Africa increase their effectiveness and reach. Their work includes capacity-building, funding support, and strategic advice tailored to local contexts.
India Animal Fund supports the animal advocacy ecosystem across India through funding, partnerships, and movement-building. They focus on driving large-scale impact for animals by strengthening local nonprofits and initiatives.
Partner and collaborate with K4G
We know we are stronger together, which is why Kickstarting For Good thrives on partnerships and collaborations. There are many ways that we look to partner with other organisations:
- Help us identify the best talent inside and outside the movement, through co-promotion of the programme to your audience.
- Offer key support and experience to our participants and alumni.
- Develop new programmes and cohort tracks, or create joint research together.
- Support our alumni or K4G's own fundraising efforts.
- Invite K4G to deliver workshops or roundtables at your event - or even partner to create new ones.
- Plus other opportunities that we are not even aware of yet.
The benefits to you
We are always looking for partnerships that are mutually beneficial and we promote our partners and their involvement heavily. We often invite our partners to present to our K4G participants, either virtually or in-person in Berlin, as well as attend our K4G events.
Partnering also allows you to tap into the energy, visibility and credibility that Kickstarting has built up, introducing you to a whole ecosystem of mentors, partners, funders and alumni.
