AI Safety Programme Manager

We are looking for a driven and well-connected programme lead for our new AI Safety Incubator for non-profit initiatives.

AI Safety Programme Manager

Summary

Kickstarting For Good is a nonprofit incubator for social-impact entrepreneurs, blending a virtual and in-person programme at our dedicated incubator space in Berlin, Germany. We are recruiting a Programme Manager for the launch of our new AI Safety programme.

Building on the proven structure and three-year success of our original food-systems change incubator, this new programme will support founders to create mission-driven nonprofits, charities, and social enterprises tackling the most pressing risks and governance challenges around AI.

The role

As AIS Programme Manger, you will take ownership of designing, launching, and running the AI Safety Incubator. You’ll work closely with our K4G team to encompass the core nonprofit incubator framework we have refined over the past three years – but you will have the autonomy to shape the programme’s strategy, curriculum, and community to create real progress in the AI Safety space.

This is an entrepreneurial role: you’ll be starting something new, cultivating a network of mentors, identifying exceptional talent in the movement, engaging with potential partners and funders, and ensuring our participants have the support they need to launch successful, high-impact nonprofits.
