Summary
Kickstarting For Good is an incubator for changemakers looking to revolutionise our global food system towards a plant-based future. Our core team is expanding, and we are looking for exceptional individuals with the skills to help us continue our phenomenal growth.
Do you have exceptional skills?
K4G operates a fast-growth, start-up culture and we need to fill a number of core skill sets, from operational roles to research and fundraising. You must be comfortable with fast-paced change and have a passion for our movement. We specifically need the following skills, but highly value people who can work across different roles and bring multidisciplinary skill sets to the team.

Job Details
Location: In-person at our incubator in Berlin, Germany

Hours: 20 – 40 per week

Key experience needed
- Familiarity of nonprofit organisations
- Understanding and experience of EA
- Experience within the food system transformation / dietary change movement and a motivation to move the world away from an animal-based food system (whether that’s for health, environment, social justice or welfare)
- Incubator experience highly-valuable
- Having multidisciplinary skills highly-valuable
- Presenting and speaking skills highly-valuable

About us
Kickstarting For Good is the world’s first incubator and accelerator programme aimed specifically at nonprofit organisations and impact initiatives working on transforming the food system.
The yearly 15-week programme consists of virtual and in-person phases and entails a tailor-made curriculum, expert mentoring, and exclusive networking opportunities, culminating in a funding-focused Pitch Day with major funders and foundations. So far, our initiatives have raised over $5,000,000 since 2022.
ProVeg International is a food awareness organisation working to transform the global food system by replacing 50% of animal products globally with plant-based and cultivated foods by 2040. ProVeg engages with all relevant stakeholders to create a food system where everyone chooses delicious and healthy food that is good for all humans, animals, and our planet. ProVeg has received the United Nations’ Momentum for Change Award and works closely with key UN food and environment agencies. ProVeg creates global impact, with offices in 14 countries across five continents and more than 220 employees.
