Meet our 2025 cohort

After a rigorous application process which saw over 950 apply for a position on the programme this year, we invited our final stage applicants to join the first phase of the incubation programme.

After a rigorous application process which saw over 950 apply for a position on the programme this year, we invited our final stage applicants to join the first phase of the incubation programme. This gave them the opportunity to develop their ideas under expert mentorship – including spending an intensive in-person week at our incubator space in Berlin, Germany.

During this time, the cohort undertook extensive validation of their ideas, including market research and external validation to ‘stress test’ their assumptions and develop a strong theory of change. Some founders working on similar approaches also came together to form stronger founding teams.

At the end of this phase, each initiative presents their idea for our Mission Readiness Review. Those initiatives which have shown significant progress on validating their idea are then invited to continue to complete the second phase of the incubation programme as they work towards our final pitch day.
